Gary Anzalone graduated from New York University on a full scholarship with a BS in Technology and Industrial Education. Gary is founding principal of Razor Consulting, an outsourced business development resource for companies looking to expand into NYC markets.
His business career began as principal and co-founder of a local manufacturing business. Gary focused his efforts on growing the company through identifying the markets and pursuing the relationships that sustained its growth. This local company became a leader in the industry, which won major projects nationwide as well as abroad. This was accomplished by securing contracts with Fortune 500 companies on the strong foundation of building trusted relationships. These relationships reach the following verticals in the building industry: corporate, healthcare, hospitality, retail, not-for-profit and education.
Throughout his career Gary has been involved in the leadership of several trade organizations including IFMA NYC as Chapter President, USGBC Long Island as a Cofounder and Chairman of the Board, SEGD as the Chair of the New York City Chapter and CEO Clubs NYC as CEO. Guy Cleveland graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a BS in Geology. He is a principal of Razor Consulting, an outsourced business development resource for companies looking to expand into the competitive NYC market.
He began his career as a geologist protecting fresh water from oil and gas activities in his home state of Texas. Guy moved to NYC in 1996 where he began a highly successful career in business development focusing on the environmental industry. In 2005, he was hired to build business and develop relationships for a document management firm that specialized in the construction real estate industry. In 2011, Guy joined a design engineering firm as their Director of Relationship Management where he built firm recognition and developed business in NY, Denver, Washington DC, Dallas and Austin. Guy was instrumental in opening that firm’s Denver office in just a few months because of his extensive national contacts and strong relationship building skills.
Throughout Guy’s career he has been a leader in various professional organizations including CoreNet, IFMA, NAIOP, SMPS, Greater New York Construction Council and the New York Building Congress. Guy served on the Board of Directors for Boys Town New York for 9 years and was Chairman of the Board for 2 years. He also co-founded and built a monthly networking group that expanded to eventually include over 500 industry professionals. Given his proven ability to open doors, close new business and nurture repeat business, Guy serves as a valuable resource for companies seeking to establish and grow their business in New York City.
